Slow your tempo to improve your vision
If you determine that your rhythm is indeed impacting your vision, the most likely reason is that the pace or tempo of your rhythm is TOO FAST or you have movements that are TOO HERKY-JERKY.
In order to let your eyes do their best work at the plate, you’ll need to work on SLOWING DOWN your tempo and SMOOTHING OUT your rhythm so that the movements are more fluid.
Having a slow, fluid rhythm during your load and stride will help you…
- Stay relaxed & calm
- Stay under control
- Focus more intently on the ball
- Be more consistent with your movements
- Limit movement of your head and eyes
- Improve your vision
- Improve your adjustability
