Recommended for ages 12 and up, the 7 Elements Off-Season Plan is broken up into 4 training blocks. The first two blocks are swing focused, and designed to help the hitter build a fundamentally sound swing. The final two blocks progress in difficulty, become more game-like, and are designed to prepare the hitter to be ready to compete in the batter’s box when the season begins.
Each training block is based on 2 – 3 hitting sessions per week & 2 at home dry drill sessions per week. If you prefer to train more days, go for it!
