Plan Description:
The 7 Elements In-Season Plan is designed to help you stay locked in at the plate all season long. Along with our staple, in-season drills, you will be able to choose additional drills to include based on your recent game results. This plan gets you directly to the drills and information you need, when you need it the most!
Training Volume:
- Choose how often you utilize either workout based on your playing schedule and individual goals.
- Pre-Game hitting workout is recommended on all game days.
- Non-Game day hitting workout is recommended on any off days that you choose to hit.
